1:1 Child Consultations

A calm, supportive space where children can make sense of their feelings and learn practical tools to manage everyday challenges.

These sessions help children build emotional understanding, confidence, and resilience through gentle, child-centred support.

  • Children dealing with big emotions, such as worry, frustration, sadness, or low confidence, who would benefit from gentle, structured support.

  • Your child learns about their feelings, why they happen, and how to manage them. Sessions use creative, play-based activities alongside simple strategies they can use in everyday life.

  • Support is offered as a 6–8 week block. We begin with an initial assessment to shape a personalised plan.

Connected Parenting

A supportive programme that helps you understand your child’s emotions and behaviour, strengthen your connection, and learn practical tools you can use every day.

This parent-led approach gives you clarity, confidence, and guidance to support your child’s wellbeing at home.

  • Parents of children aged 5–12 who want to strengthen connection, support emotional regulation, and feel more confident responding to big feelings like worry, frustration, or low self-esteem.

  • You’ll learn simple, evidence-based strategies to understand your child’s emotional world and respond in ways that support calm, confidence, and resilience.

  • Instead of weekly sessions with your child, you receive direct guidance and tools to use at home. This creates longer-lasting change because it happens in everyday family life.

  • No, this is a parent-led approach. Research shows parents can make the biggest difference when supported with the right tools.
