One-on-One Consultations

Our one-on-one consultations offer personalised support for children and families facing mental health challenges.

Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and play-based methods, our sessions focus on building coping skills, self-confidence, and emotional understanding in a safe, supportive environment.

  • Children aged 4–12 experiencing challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, or emotional regulation difficulties.

  • In-person sessions and remote sessions.
