  • We help children address challenges like worry, self-confidence, and managing big feelings through 6–8 engaging sessions that incorporate home-based strategies and remote support for ongoing progress.

  • We provide parents with one-on-one guidance to foster an emotionally resilient home, including practical strategies and resources that strengthen family bonds and enhance open communication.

Group Programs to Build Emotional Literacy in Classrooms

Little Moments, Big Feelings Journal

A Journal for Kids to Build Confidence and Emotional Resilience

Our School Support Services are designed to integrate emotional literacy, social skills, and anxiety management within the classroom.

Through engaging, evidence-based group programs, we work directly with schools to create supportive environments that help students develop the skills they need to navigate their emotions.

  • Small group sessions for up to 3 students, using Lego to develop social communication skills in a structured, safe setting; weekly in-school sessions led by a trained therapist.

  • A seven-session program for up to 6 students, focusing on practical strategies for managing worries and mild anxiety using CBT techniques.

Resources

This guided 3-month journal is designed for children aged 5–12 to help them understand emotions, grow resilience, and feel proud of who they are.

With daily reflections, weekly activities, and monthly themes, children learn practical skills for confidence, mindfulness, and positive self-talk, all in a fun, creative, and supportive way.
